Throughout his carrier as legal advisor Steen Jensen has been advising on company law and securities law and assisted on Danish and international capital markets transactions. This includes IPO’s, rights issues, private placings, mergers and numerous take-overs and delistings of small, medium sized and large cap listed companies or advice to their financial advisors. Advice to board of directors, executive management and large shareholders in connection with transactions, com-pliance and general corporate advice. Considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) for businesses of any size and industries and sectors inclusive of the financial sector.

Steen is also advisor to the Government of Greenland and to enterprises held by the Government of Greenland in different industries.

Steen advises on corporate governance and is active on several boards of directors.
